In Dhaka you may find a lot of institutions offering LIS diploma course, Some of them are public and private universities and others are Institute under National University. The cost of Diploma course may ranging from 45,000 – 60,000 BDT. Most probably admission process is now closed for this July session, but I am not sure about it. You can contact Daffodil University or Royal University for more information. This two private university offer diploma course. Department of Information Science and Library Management, University of Dhaka also offer diploma course.
Decisions ultimately yours. And most important thing is all of the courses I suggest for you are UGC approved.

Duration of this course in one year. After completing your post graduate diploma course you can able to join in a non govt. college, school or madrasha as an assistant librarian. Your nearest institution is National University permanent campus, Gazipur. It offers one year in campus PGD course for students.
